Returns and Refunds
Our custom pieces capture the essence of your chosen location, individually crafted to your desires. This personalization makes each order uniquely yours. Consequently, we can't accept returns for these custom items. We may however provide a refund for an issue with the product (more info below).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item with any potential issues. If you encounter any issues related to product quality, such as a blurry design, breakage during shipping, or wrong item any other issue, we encourage you to get in touch with us promptly. Our dedicated team is here to swiftly address and resolve any concerns, ensuring that you receive the exceptional product you envisioned.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and assessed your refund inquiry. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
